Dublin City Wedding Photography
I really enjoy working as a wedding photographer in Dublin City Hall. It’s a fantastic setting for a wedding located right in the heart of Dublin City. There are so many opportunities for great photographs when you get married in this venue.
From the stunning 18th century interiors of Dublin City Hall itself to the winding streets of Temple Bar just across the road. Dublin Castle is also just a two-minute walk away. It’s the perfect blend of class and urban backdrops for photographs.
You also have unlimited options when it comes to restaurants and venues for your reception and dinner afterwards.
Fergal and Ruth had a small and intimate wedding at Dublin City Hall in October. The ceremony was short and sweet and afterwards, we went for a stroll to through Dublin Castle and Temple Bar for portraits. As a Wedding Photographer who grew up in Dublin, I really enjoy working in my home city. I started out as a street photographer working mainly in the city centre and it’s always nice to go back and shoot in the place it all started for me. After the portraits, we met up with the wedding party in the Stags Head for a cheeky pint before dinner.
As the evening drew in, it was on to Fallon & Byrne on Exchequer Street for the meal. The food and service at Fallon & Byrne are absolutely fantastic. It’s located right in the heart of the city and only a short walk from Dublin City Hall. You can book out the whole top floor of this venue for your wedding and you won’t be disappointed.
